  • Be wary of anyone pushing you to WhatsApp for payments
  • Report messages that pressure urgent payment
  • Our chat blocks common scam keywords

🏠 Viewing a room

  • Visit during daylight hours
  • Take a friend or use Agent Viewing
  • Check water, electricity, locks and neighbourhood
  • Meet the actual owner or authorised agent
  • Trust your instincts — walk away if something feels off

🚨 Report & block

  • Report suspicious listings or users from their profile or details page
  • Block anyone who violates guidelines
  • Contact support if you feel threatened
  • In an emergency call 999 or 112
  • Verification badge ≠ guarantee of safety
