RoomieLink KE is a platform that helps people find rooms and roommates in Kenya. This version is a prototype. Features may change.
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone.
RoomieLink will never ask you for your M-Pesa PIN, password, or OTP. If someone does — including in chat — stop and report them. Never pay for a room before viewing it. Prefer on-platform messaging.
Do not post fake listings, misleading prices, or stolen photos. Harassment, scams, and requests for off-platform payments are prohibited and may lead to account restriction.
Accounts using recognised student domains (e.g. .ac.ke) may receive a Student badge and limited privileges. This does not replace formal ID verification.
You can report listings and users. We review reports in good faith. Verification badges do not guarantee safety.
RoomieLink is a connection platform. We are not a party to rental agreements between users. Use the Safety Centre guidance at all times.
